Koo from NoFilmSchool has sent me an email about his new free 100-page DSLR Cinematography Guide eBook for beginners. I had a look through it and it indeed looks like a really great beginners’ guide for DSLR filmmaking in general. The content also comes in a nice form, I really dig the layout and design.
So if you are just making your first steps with DSLR cameras, be sure to check out this valuable resource, it will guide you well I think. You need to sign up for his mailing list in order to get access to the free download, but I think it’s well worth it.

This is an excellent resource. I have been thinking about getting started with video with DSLR.
